In addition to her role at Care and Keeping, Bess holds the esteemed position of President for two notable non-profit organizations in Oregon: the Oregon Senior Referral Agency Association (OSRAA) and the Portland Elder Care Council. Her dedication and leadership within these associations underscore her commitment to enriching the lives of seniors within her community.
